Shipping policy
Made to order. Every ROKI item is printed or embroidered after you place your order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships.
Delivery estimates after production:
- United States: 3 to 6 business days
- Canada: 5 to 10 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 7 to 15 business days
- Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days
Plan on roughly 1 to 3 weeks door to door for North America. Estimates are not guarantees and carriers can run late during peak seasons.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.
Tracking. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Orders with several items may ship in separate packages.
Customs and duties. Orders to the United States and Canada are normally not charged import fees. Orders to other countries may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong address. Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense.
Lost or damaged in transit. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email rokimerch@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right.
